Please keep in mind our products are made in small quantities. Lead times may be 2 weeks for bags, blankets and backpacks. If the product is in stock, we strive to ship within five (5) business days. We will communicate with you by email if any changes to this schedule arises. We ship using the United States Postal Service. If you would like your package expedited, we can ship via FedEx. returns & replacements

If you need to return an item, please ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt of product. As long as the tags are intact and the item has not been worn or show signs of use, we will refund you the purchase price less shipping.
